Our client is a global leader in their market, a hugely successful company with a story built over many years of growth and investment. They continue to add to their scale and reach but can only achieve their ambitions by having great, engaged, talented, developed, accountable people, working in the right culture. They now seek to appoint a newly created role for a Chief Human Resources Officer to further build capability, employee engagement and to nurture this strong and identifiable culture.

The CHRO will be an evangelist for the power of HR to drive results and build great companies: they will deliver an employee development programme to equip people with the skills they need and develop a talent pipeline (from both within and without the business) to achieve growth plans, raising the employer brand. They will safeguard company values and culture and help develop these as new locations are acquired and integrated. The role will require a leader capable of working across a wide range of colleague skills and interests as well as different geographies and will lead a people function overseeing all aspects of Group HR practice and processes.

Applicants should possess the following experience and skills:

  • Significant experience of HR leadership at an executive level within a high performing, highly skilled environment.
