Business Support Executive

Narratology is an Executive Search firm based in Belfast City Centre working with client companies across Northern Ireland and beyond to appoint leaders to their most senior positions.

The Business Support Executive is an important role to Narratology and one that is key to us developing our brand and our business. The role involves delivering the highest standards of communications to clients, on multiple and varying projects and to the business itself. They will often be the first point of contact for senior clients and so this role is essential to setting the tone of the business.

The role holder will be responsible for creating high specification documents, involving creative writing, collating the required information and guarding our brand guidelines in all visual communications. They’ll work closely with our media and creative partners on marketing collateral, advertising and editorial, and with our wider business network on events and marketing opportunities.

The Business Support executive will also have primary responsibility for all digital assets and communications including our website, social media presence and CRM interaction. An integral part of our executive search projects, they will co-ordinate interviews and meetings including set-up, welcome and supporting information.

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrable experience in a sales, business development or marketing support role within a commercial setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Able to build strong working relationships inside and outside the company.
• Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines.
• Creative, able to produce high spec documents and presentations.
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
• Willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced, varied work environment.
