Executive Search or “Headhunting” is a method of identifying and pro-actively approaching potential candidates to discreetly market a relevant career opportunity. Advertised Selection

Branded advertised selection is the perfect PR opportunity to attract candidates and interest to your organisation. Narratology manage the entire advertised campaign from inception to completion to effectively market your appointment and your brand. We will create an appropriate media strategy along with our creative partners to ensure content, design and reach are appropriate for the target audience, industry and geography.

Clearly defined shortlisting criteria are used from the outset based on the role profile and candidates are assessed against that with every outcome clearly communicated to candidates throughout the process.
