Narratology is delighted to introduce NEDonBoard, the UK’s professional body for Non-Executive Directors and Institute of Board Members, to the Northern Ireland Boardroom community.
On Tuesday 6th October at 6pm hear from Elise Perraud, NEDonBoard’s Chief Operations Officer, on informing and inspiring Non-Executive Directors to ensure professionalism, governance and ethics at the top.
This virtual event is open to established or aspiring Chairs, NEDs and Board Members from all industry sectors. Companies and organisations seeking to augment or transform their Boards or advisory teams are also most welcome to attend.
Elise will be joined by Guest Speaker Damien Ghee, portfolio Non-Executive Director, who will share his insights on his journey to non-executive directorship and his experience of NEDonBoard.
Elise Perraud is NEDonBoard’s Chief Operations Officer. Since joining NEDonBoard, Elise has worked closely with seasoned professionals looking to start their NED career and with experienced non-executive directors in identifying and disseminating board best practices. Elise is a risk manager and governance practitioner by background with 15 years of experience with Goldman Sachs and Rothesay Life, with board experience as Secretary and Chief Credit Officer.
